Anyone looking to improve their health and overall fitness. This includes anyone from young adults to older adults. However, we specialize in working with individuals who have had a neurologic injury or neurodegenerative diagnosis (CVA, SCI, TBI, PD, MS, balance deficits, etc.).

A phone or video call used to discuss what you are looking for and what we can offer. This will give us time to discuss what adaptive fitness or virtual programming will entail and determine what is most appropriate for you and your needs.

The first session is designed as a baseline workout that will challenge you and guide us in personalizing future sessions specifically to your needs.

Virtual programming is customized based off your goals and needs discussed during your consultation call. Typically programming will include warm-ups, weightlifting/strength-based movements, endurance circuits and accessory pieces. Programming will include workouts for 5 days/week.

We are only in network with traditional Medicare, Part B for physical therapy services. This does not include managed Medicare plans. This allows us to treat you without the restrictions of insurance companies and provides you with better quality and outcomes in your care. We accept cash, debit/credit card, check, or HSA/FSA payment. There is a 2.6% + 10 cents increase for dip, swipe and tap transactions, including Tap to Pay on iPhone and a 3.5% + 10 cents increase for invoices, payment links and manual transactions.

Yes! You can use your HSA/FSA for physical therapy or adaptive fitness sessions.
