Why Limitless ... Because You Deserve The Best!

What does independence look like to you? How about the ideal Saturday? Or your hobbies? Things you enjoy doing in your free time?
If the answers to these questions are different for each person, then why does physical therapy and rehabilitation often look the same for everyone?!
Driving Principles Behind Limitless
At Limitless, we believe that rehabilitation should be tailored to your needs, and only you can define what "good enough" means, as well as what independence and success entail. After years of working in various physical therapy settings and observing people perform generic exercises, only to be discharged with minimal independence that is deemed "good enough" by the current healthcare system, we found this approach frustrating and unacceptable. Individuals deserve a place where they can be challenged by professionals who understand both their neurological condition and their personal goals. These beliefs inspired us to establish Limitless, aiming to support your rehabilitation in the long term and to define what is truly possible in your recovery!
Why a Different Approach is Needed
You go into a physical therapy clinic where there are 2-3 patients for each therapist. That therapist is trying to manage twenty plus people in a day and you're getting divided attention at best. Your session probably consists of sitting on a bike for 10-15 minutes, doing some generic strengthening or balance exercises, then maybe walking around the gym. None of that is challenging enough to drive the positive adaptations in our brain needed for meaningful recovery. Simply put, you deserve better!
This unfortunate and all too common scene in therapy clinics has to change. It's a disservice to you as the patient and drastically restricts the skills set of the therapists who are forced to manage multiple patients at once. To maximize neurologic recovery, you need high intensity and repetition, personally meaningful and situationally specific treatments. The situation described above just doesn't cut it when we know what is truly needed in neurologic rehabilitation.
The Limitless Approach
The principles that inspired us to start Limitless and the unfortunate reality of current physical therapy clinics, also drove us to create our approach to physical therapy, setting us apart from other clinics. In every session, our goal is to help you progress towards your goals. This approach allows us to accomplish exactly that.
